Breakfast in hotel. Pick up by your private driver and transfer Segesta one of the main suggestive place in Sicily. It was built on Barbaro hill high 400 m on the level of the sea, by Elimi. Segesta is very important for the Doric Temple and we can find it in the higher part of the city. This is oriented to the north with and overview of Castellammare. Continue to Erice, a town situated about 1000 meters high, with a view of the archipelago of the Egadi islands. Free lunch. In the afternoon visit the old town and the medieval castle. The day will end with a visit of the salt mines of Marsala, from where we could admire the islands of the Lagoon and the windmills, situated inside a natural reserve of great historical and environmental value. Today we leave for Sambuca di Sicilia, to visit the famous Planeta winery, We’ll taste four different wines during a typical Sicilian lunch. After lunch continue to Sambuca di Sicilia, a typical Sicilian village that in 2016 was voted the most beautiful Borgo of Italy “THE VILLAGE OF VILLAGES”. In this wonderful destination you can enjoy its historic centre with its beautiful walk; the Carmine church built in 1530 but in fact you’ll notice that instead demonstrates a strong fourteenth-century style to get there you have to climb atop a picturesque uphill road between two majestic palm trees. After the visit of Sambuca return to the hotel in Agrigento .
Cooking course lasting about three hours, using fresh, local organic produce; guests will receive instructional hands-on lessons in the preparation of three traditional Sicilian dishes.

Breakfast in Hotel and departure to Siracusa. Visit of Archaeological Park of the “polis” (Greek Theatre, Roman Amphitheatre and Dionisio’s ear). We will than go to the historical centre of Ortigia where you will be enchanted from the amazing baroque Cathedral in the middle of the squre that used to be an ancient Greek Temple in Doric Style. Following, along the little street of the centre you could see the famous Aretusa mountain, in front of the Big Port. In the afternoon departure to the nearby town of Noto, Baroque Capital of Sicily and UNESCO World Heritage site. Along its main axis you will admire palaces, churches and convents the most magnificent of is the Cathedral, Nicolaci Palace, Villadorata and Ducezio Palace.
Return in Hotel area Taormina . Overnight.
Breakfast in hotel and meeting with the guide and visit The historic town was founded by the Sicilians in 1300 to C. Later it was used by the Greeks and Romans. Here we visit the Greek-Roman amphitheatre, Taormina’s Cathedral, the Piccolo Odeon Theatre, the Corvaia Palace and we can take a walk on the Corso Umberto. Afternoon free for shopping and the relax.

Breakfast in Hotel and transfer to Etna Mountain, the biggest active volcano in Europe, It is one of the main attraction in Sicily. Beautiful and famous not only for volcano phenomena, but as well for the breathtaking view and the different kind of flora and fauna that you can find there. During the climb, in maximum security, you can admire the principals point of the pass eruptions discovering the traditional smells and flavours that it born on the slopes. At the end of the Etna tours we will visit the winery where born a particular kind of wine thanks to temperature and special volcanic soils, where it grows a particular type of grape. At the maximum height where the temperature have a great buzz among the day and night permit a phenol and aromatic maturation that it is essential for the colour and flavour of the red grapes and for the aroma in white wines. In the afternoon visit to Catania, the town known for its original baroque style and for its streets built with black lava stone from mount Etna.
