Travelling Covid19………….how are we doing
Travelling with Covid19 in mind is an article aim on restoring faith and courage into Leisure trips. We know that this is not the time for leisure travel, and that should be the last thing on our mind, however most of us are stuck at home with nowhere to go or being allowed to. We think that it is only good to begin the journey, a journey, at least with our imagination. Here @Repitaly we focus and specialise into Italian trips so in this post you will see a awful lot of pics, ideas, places that will spring your imagination and when the whole situation will be back to normal you this post will be your starting point to begin your next trip to Italy, your “Repitaly”!!!!

During the Corona Virus Pandemic (or Covid19) the tourism industry is one of the many to have suffered, but possibly the one which was more hit. Of course the normal course of action, and the general advice from all the government is to stay at home. That of course mean do not travel for leisure, and so all our holidays plan go sour! Flights cancellations, Tour Operator go busted, Museum and attraction closed until further notice. Our beautiful cities are now facing tough times and there is not really any other way to visit them and still admire the extremely marvellous beauty contained in the them.
Future of “Leisure” travelling during Covid19 and after. The next few months……..
We all know that Corona Virus is a new pandemic spread all over the world that totally paralysed the entirety of leisure travel across the world and from any direction. Trips are going to be locked for a while. As of now this is already a month-old situation and it looks like this is going to carry on for a while. Countries like China, which looks like are almost over the pandemic, are now putting now new measure for tourist and the common denominator is that there is no trust in travel anymore. Spring is at our door but the look of all the travel and tourist operator are looking at the summer season.
We might miss the summer holiday
Unfortunately, it does not look that there is going to be an happy ending for the summer season 2020. In fact travelling during Covid19 even if the spread of the virus get to stop tomorrow trust in tourism from the general public will take a while to get back to normal. During the 09/11 Tourism crisis there are certain studies that are saying that it took about 15/18 months for the situation to go back to prior the incident.
Lockdown and what that mean for modern lifestyle
What does actually mean for our modern society to be in a Lock down situation? Panic!!! We are not used to be confined within 4 walls. In a time where technology allow us to be very secluded in our social media, we still have a requirement to go out, meet people, and to interact. Maybe this Corona Virus will help us re-discover what was getting missed in our modern lifestyle. For the foreseeable future however we will staying at home we will enjoy modern technology and we will exploit it as much as we can as there are no other option to Self-Isolate and to try to stop the spreading of the virus.

We are in love with Sicily. I come from Sicily and I left it more than 15 years ago but Sicily is were my hearth is and where always will be. My mind will always carry on travelling to Sicily even during the Covid19 era,
Oh Well! How can I put it in a way that Sicily does not get jealous? I Love Friuli Venezia Giulia too! This is my second home. My mum and so half of my family comes from Friuli Venezia Giulia. I spent many happy times in there and as such I have very fond memory of Trieste and the whole area. I would love to be there right now. Would you?
The view was like a vision described in novels; a tiny town that hovered on jagged cliffs and sparkling blue water, and by no means did the “visions” stop throughout the day…
I hope you will be safe. I hope we will get out of this situation. But I also think that we will gain strength from all of this and that we will remember this for a long long time. But I wish for you to carry on dreaming, carry on travelling even during the Covid19 era even if only with you mind. I wish to see all of you travelling again. I wish to enjoy every experience even more from now on
